I create commissioned reliefs based on my signature designs, allowing you to own a unique piece of art. Maybe you already have an idea, or I can guide you through inspirations and examples to help you decide.
Choose Your Design
You can select from a range of designs, all inspired by my signature “circle in a square” motif. Reliefs can be made in one piece or two parts, depending on your preference - or you can choose to have just a single circle with melted recycled glass.
Each piece can feature:
A large circle with melted recycled glass
Optionally, a smaller circle with a crystal, stone, or object of your choice
You are also welcome to bring your own materials, such as a broken glass piece, a crystal, or another meaningful object, to incorporate into your relief.
Clay is available in a variety of colors, and you can choose to keep it raw for a natural look or have it glazed for a polished finish.
Your Vision, Your Choice
Your process will depend on your ideas and materials. Together, we explore possibilities, and I will offer a range of glass examples and crystals for you to choose from. If you bring your own glass, I will create a test piece beforehand to see how it works in the kiln and ensure the best result for your relief.
Keep in mind:
Ceramics and glass are organic materials and will take shape differently in the kiln, so each piece is unique. The final work will be close to the examples we explore together, but with its own character.
